Predictive dialer
for MCA shops

Set up for you · DIDs included · AI optional

Most dialers were built for someone else and sold to you. This one was built on an MCA floor, dialing merchant lists, and the details reflect that.

Why MCA lists are different

A purchased merchant list behaves nothing like a warm inbound queue. Connect rates sit low, the same numbers get hammered by every shop that bought the same file, and merchants have learned to ignore unfamiliar area codes. Three things move the number that matters — how many live conversations your agents get per hour.

1. Local presence, done properly

A merchant in Chicago is more likely to answer a 773 number than an 800 number or a number from a state they have never visited. Our caller ID selection matches the lead's own area code where we have a number in it, and falls back to the same state where we do not — so a lead in 773 can still be answered by an 872 number, which is the same city.

The fallback matters more than it sounds. Twilio has exhausted inventory in the dense metro codes — 312, 773, 718, 212, 305, 214 all come back empty on a direct search. A dialer that only matches exact area codes silently gives up on your best territories. Searching by state finds real inventory in the same city.

And because every number is wired back to your installation, a merchant who calls the number back reaches you rather than a dead line.

2. Pacing that follows your floor

The dialer watches how many agents are actually free and how the list is answering this hour, then adjusts how many lines are out — every second. Too few and your closers sit between calls. Too many and you drop calls on merchants who picked up, which is both wasted list and a compliance problem.

3. Guardrails before the dial, not in a report

A call that should not be placed is never placed. That is a different thing from catching it in a report next month.

What your floor actually gets

DIDs are part of the setup, not homework

We buy and wire local numbers for every area code you work. They sit on your carrier account, in your name, so if you ever leave, they leave with you and keep ringing. This is the step most platforms hand back to you along with an API key.

Add the AI when you want it

The same installation runs an AI voice agent that works the cold end of your list and qualifies merchants on your criteria — amount sought, use of funds, monthly gross across three months, time in business, citizenship. Your closers then spend the day on merchants who have already answered the money questions.

You do not have to start there. Plenty of shops run the human floor first and add the AI once they trust the setup.

What we need from you to get started

We do the rest, including the carrier setup if you do not have one.
