Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 September 2026

RingFloor runs outbound and inbound calling systems for businesses. That means we handle two very different kinds of personal information, and they are governed differently. This page separates them.

Company details pending. The registered entity name and address are not yet published on this page. If you need them before entering into an agreement, ask us and we will provide them in writing.

1. Information we collect about you

When you contact us

If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and — where you choose to give them — your company, phone number, team size, and whatever you tell us about your business. We also record the time, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string, which we use to stop automated abuse of the form.

We use this only to reply to you and to discuss a possible setup. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

When you use the voice demo

The AI voice demo on our home page runs on ElevenLabs. If you press "talk to it live", your microphone audio is sent to ElevenLabs to be transcribed and answered, and is subject to their processing terms as well as this policy. We do not attach your identity to it, and we do not use demo conversations to train anything. The recorded sample, by contrast, is just an audio file — pressing play sends nothing anywhere.

When you browse

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent). Our site sits behind Cloudflare, which also processes request data to route and protect traffic. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a note in local storage recording that you have used the live voice demo, so the one-try limit works.

2. Information we process for our clients

This is the larger part of what we do, and in it we are a processor, not the controller. Our clients supply contact lists — typically business owners and the businesses they run — and instruct us to call them. The client decides who is called, what is said, and why. We provide and operate the system that does it.

For those calls we may process:

How that data is kept apart

Every client runs on their own installation with its own database. One client's list is never pooled with another's, never used to enrich another's, and is not readable from another client's install. Carrier and voice-provider credentials are stored encrypted, with a key derived per installation, so a copy of one database does not unlock anything belonging to anyone else.

If you were called

If you received a call from a system we operate and want your information corrected or removed, contact us with the phone number that was called. We will identify which client's list it came from, pass your request to them as the controller, and — where we are permitted to act directly — add the number to suppression so it is not called again. We will do this whether or not the client asks us to.

3. Automated voices

Some calls are placed by an AI voice agent. Our agents are configured to say so plainly when asked whether they are a bot, an AI, or a real person. They are configured not to claim a referral, an approval, or a relationship that does not exist. If you were called by a system of ours that behaved otherwise, tell us — we treat that as a defect and a compliance problem, not a feature.

4. Who else is involved

ProviderWhat they do
TwilioCarries the calls and provides phone numbers
ElevenLabsVoice synthesis and conversational AI for our voice agents
OpenAILanguage models behind some agent behaviour
CloudflareDNS, and protects and routes traffic to this site
Amazon Web ServicesHosts the servers everything runs on

Each is used for the purpose above and nothing else. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we never have.

5. How long we keep things

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain processing. California residents additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information in the sense those laws use.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the form on the home page. Where we hold data on a client's behalf, we will route your request to that client and tell you we have done so.

7. Security

Traffic to this site and to every client installation is encrypted in transit. Credentials for carriers and voice providers are encrypted at rest, per installation. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. We describe our data handling in more detail on the data handling page.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. If the change affects how we handle client call data, we will tell affected clients directly rather than relying on them noticing.
